GavzyConsulting was founded in January of 2004 by Bill Gavzy as a Minnesota limited liability company. Prior to that time much of the real estate research, database development, owner representation, and property management assessment consulting services that GavzyConsulting presently provides, was carried on by Bill and his assistants within the umbrella of previous Minnesota-based companies co-owned by Bill:
